Merry ChristChristmas

I really hate it when people take Christ out of Christmas by saying Xmas. You may not be religious. You may not believe in Jesus Christ. But as a Christian I find it offensive when you purposely eliminate the name of my Savior when referring to a day that many consider one of the holiest of the year.

Yes, I am aware of the history of using the letter 'X' to replace the word "Christ". However, I am referring to people using the letter 'X' to purposely exclude Christ.

The world is always trying to remove Jesus from our lives. They'd rather have kids believe in Santa than in Jesus. They'd rather us spend money on gifts than donate to churches and charities. They'd rather say Happy Holidays than Merry Christmas.

Like I said before, you may not believe in Jesus Christ. But without Christ, you wouldn't even have the Christmas holiday to celebrate.

So to all of those people who keep trying to take Christ out of Christmas, I'm putting Him back...twice. Merry ChristChristmas everyone!
